    Highview parking fine at Tescos

    I received the attached letter in the post this morning informing me of a fine for the driver of the vehicle. The driver parked there for work for around 2 weeks while waiting for a separate car parking permit in the post. Should the driver pay this or should they appeal? The driver has never had any issues before but doesn’t know what to do. Can someone please help? Many thanks!!
