HI..I HAVE RECEIVED A PCN AS I OVERSTAYED IN A GS CAR PARK BY 12 MINS..TOTALLY MY FAULT AS TICKET EXPIRED AND I WAS LATE FROM SHOPPING..ANYWAYS I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW PLEASE FOLKS IF THIS PCN IS ENFORCEABLE?..HAS ANYONE RECEIVED THIS ON HERE AND IGNORED THE LETTER ASKING FOR £100 OR £60 IF PAID WITHIN 14 DAYS?..THEY HAVE PHOTOS OF MY NUMBER PLATE ETC..AND THE CLIENT IS ELITE MANAGEMENT (MIDLANDS) LTD..LETTER SENT FROM WWW.iPAYMYPCN.NET ..BACCHUS HOUSE, 1 STATION ROAD,SURREY KT15 2AG....ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED .. Stop shouting by putting it all in capitals, and paragraphs would be nice so that it's not one block of text that can put people off. It would have helped if you had read some of the previous parking threads.

Edit the post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred
Post up the PCN, fron tand back, suitable redacted so that the there are no identifying details. Leave dates.
Have you asked the retailer to cancel the ticket as you were a customer?
