I received a parking ticket approximately one month ago, I parked over a white line due to the car parked next to me being to close to the white line, so my car was almost central over two bays.
myself and my friend aren’t small framed so getting out of the car would of required either damaging the car parked beside us or attempting exiting the vehicle with allot of difficultly.
to my surprise, on my return I acknowledged a lovely ticket on my window! This, as you can imagine was a shock to me! No pay and display or signage in clear view!
The reason for the charge was parking incorrectly and not between the lines!
I have read many threads on here and all are very valuable! But I was wondering if anyone has a template in regards to responding to such a rediculous charge!
The charge was isuead on 02/06/2018 and the most recent letter dated 04/07/2018
fine cost £100 from UKPC Thurrock shopping park, West Thurrock
i hope someone can help me with this in replying in the right manner/way.
