Hi...I'm really hoping someone out there can help me?
My mum has a Fiat 500 on a pcp, taken out over 48months June 2016. She has now been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia and has had her driving licence revoked. There is still quite a bit of thecpksn to go. Can anyone advise how to go about ending the PCP on medical grounds. Here's hoping 😁 thank in advance Julia

    Re: Pcp

As far I understand it, we have a car on PCP on a 3 year contract. You can hand the car back (or we can) anytime after a min term of 9 months. Ford dealership told us we couldn't, Jag/Land Rover told us we could (privilege customer deal). As long as the GMFV is more or about the same as the outstanding finance on it then I see no issues. You could VT the car, I would consider this as a last resort though.
