Hi,
What right do I have to VTerminate a PCP agreement.
Term: 4yrs
Paid to date 2yrs
Missed Payments: 0
Mileage at Purchase: 42500
Current Mileage 110000
Im a taxi, with monthly repayments of 430.00, The car is fully serviced with Mercedes parts and is in excellent condition.
I want to return the car as monthly repayments are way off budget ( due to unforseen ). What responses can I expect from the dealership on taking the car back. May I just walk away without incurring any charges? Will I certainly face mileage charges? PCP only allows 10K per year for mileage so Im over by 44500 miles ! Might the dealership take the car forfeight any mileage costs if signing me to a new 3yr HP deal on better terms ie lower monthly repayments?
