Hi all,
i am not shure if this is the correct place to post his but my original post was taken over with people talking in welsh ?

not only are they trying to sting me for council tax they are now trying to charge me 2500 pounds for boarding up the house when it had already been done, what proof would i need to prove that the work had already been done and they are committing fraud for charging for work not done ?
