liability order

Hi

In june of this year i was subject to a debt relief order. Which included council tax to the amount of £1400. When i got home from work today i found 2 letters from the council saying i had to pay by 4th december can they do this?

Thanks for getting back to me yeah it was all included in the order. I double checked today with my solicitor as well. Have spoken to them today am waiting for someone to ring me back.
