Hello.I live in a house the same as my neighbour.After appealing they have had their band reduced from c to b.Do I have to appeal or can I just get a reduction automatically.

I'd be asking the neighbour if they would share with me a copy of the full appeal they used to get their CT tax band reduced. Don't assume that because the neighbour's house was reduced to B yours will automatically be reduced too. Find out what worked for your neighbour.
