  • Cavity wall

Our neighbours have had cavity wall insulation extracted using a contracted company in behalf of the council.

We were not told about the works, the extracted insulation was in our property when we returned work.
I phoned and was told some would be round tomorrow to clean it up, and then the following day to say they will be round tomorrow.

We then had a phone call from the council apolgising and from a well known energy firm who was subcontracted by the housing company who came round and offered us a professional cleaner after the insulation was to be put back in, in a few weeks.

They have come to check there was in ingress in our electric box but we are concerned that they may have actually removed some of our insulation from our property.

    Where do we stand?
