Sim sale/back to back sale of shared ownership property

I'm hoping to get some guidance on this
I have a rics valuation of my property and have had confirmation I can sell my property on the open market.

I am however unsure of the process from here and am struggling to find a solicitor with experience in this kind of sale.

Is anyone able to help me please?
