    Charging Order Query

    I have a charging order on my property for Sainsburys. dating back to 2006. I wasn't aware of this until I completed a remortagage application. The debt is no longer with Sainsburys and I have less than a week to locate the agency it is held with to receive a redemption certificate so I can pay on completion and the charge will be removed. Does anyone know who I can contact or has any links to Sainsburys or agencies that could help? I am literally on the clock and it is affecting my mental health Thank you in advance

    Can you please post the full wording of the restriction shown on your Land Registry title document.
