Hi

I’ve recently put my house up for sale and on Land Registry a equity charge against my house had come up. I vaguely remember this happening but also thought i had paid it. Unfortunatley i havnt kept any paperwork for this as it was in 2011.. How do i find out if this has been paid or not. I cannot seem to find anything anywhere to help

Can you post up the actual wording of the LR equity charge (without the details that would identify you). That will help people here advise you.

If you have paid you need to ask NatWest to remove the entry.

I have paid.. There’s just nothing on Natwest for anything like this. So not 100% sure if its their customer services i get in contact with?

Well, NatWest won't be reading this. You need to contact them, with full details e.g. branch, account number etc.
