I’ve never seen a restriction on a car trailer before but caravans, boats big white objects…
caravans have been called many things but this is a leagal document
So going back to the question -
3.1 Not to park any vehicle caravan trailer or boat of any kind on the Property or on any other part of the Development except that;-
what does this actually mean, how do you decided on the interpretation when it could be two different meanings?
if you Google Caravan trailer the results are a caravan trailer
so is it. Vehicle towed caravan trailer
or is it
a vehicle
a caravan
a trailer
if it is the latter with no punctuation but punctuation is present on the same page does it become something it’s not or is there a default method of interpreting the wording

What would the man on the proverbial Clapham ombnibus think? My view is "any vehicle, caravan, trailer or boat" is the most reasonable intepretation. Caravan trailer is not common parlance in spite of what Google may say. Clearly others may disagree but I do work in this world and don't think anyone has called their leisure home a "caravan trailer". It is absolutely normal for there to be a prohibition on parking all 3 on modern estates. Longshot could try to rely on the more unusual interpretation and tell the neighbours that parking a trailer is therefore allowed. They may back off. Or more likely will not. Then the theory could be tested though I imagine the neighbour would have to bring an expensive civil case. They may merely put a fence down the middle if that is allowed which may stop the trailer being able to access the driveway anyway. An interesting case and it will be good to know what the OP does next.
