Hi... I am married but house is solely in my name. I want to add my wife to the title deeds. How do I go about it? Do I need solicitor or can I do it myself. Thanks

Is there a mortgage?
If not then a transfer from you into your joint names is required. You should make a positive decision as to the trusts on which you are to hold the house - as joint tenants or as tenants in common under specifice set out trusts.
So, as always, you might (in the absence of a mortgage) do it yourself, but it might be better done through a solicitor.
