    Welcome.
Clearly he shouldn't, but sometimes it might make no difference, and sometimes it might make all the difference. Sometimes you might be expected to read it for yourself.
    So . . . ?

DS908 Please explain the difference in the lease term so that appropriate help may be given. The more information given by anyone looking for help, the better that help may be.

Gone, without even a word of thanks.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Atticus - I do think that your post here has not given time for a reply. The OP has only recently joined and possibly needs a few days to respond. In due course anyone helping may, or may not receive thanks.

Really, Sam? Whatever he/she said, he/she put it in Room 101.

Are you still able to read the first post? All I can see is the ellipsis I quoted, suggesting that the OP came back and deleted.

The term of the lease is shown on the register. I assume he got a copy.

That is what I read and why I asked for more information. Perhaps he does not understand that to ask for help, he needs to give some details

Can you do that DS908 ???
