Budget for £300-500 + VAT for initial advice. But ask for estimates.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

This does look like a mess.
Whatever interest / rights you have are defined by the deed of trust. That may or may easily not include a right to enter the land.
As Atticus says your interest must first clear the hurdle of your bankruptcy. As part of your bankruptcy you are asked to list all your assets. Was it declared?

You keep trying to suggest different valuations of your interest. There is one valuation - 15% of the proceeds of sale. Inflation etc means nothing.

I have not checked the register, but tis should have been registered in your name also. If it was not, then you should ensure that your interest is protected on the register.
