Hi and thank you very much for reading this ..
My wife and myself our discussing divorce. We have currently 2 X properties one main residence and the other a buy to let.
We have decided to split the properties (my wife lives in one property and I in the other . I we would need to change names on the deeds to correct ownership for both properties.
Would there be any stamp duty or capital gains tax on for us to do this please ?
