  • Proof of funds for deposit

Can anyone clarify what is required for proof of funds in relation to the deposit when buying a property? My son has been asked to provide his last 3 P60s in addition to payslips and bank statements. It is the 3 P60s that I am querying as from what I've read, usually one P60 is sufficient. Have regulations changed? Thanks

Different lenders have different criteria. Personally, a letter from my accountant was sufficient.
