Hi,
I have been divorced from my husband for 15 years, he moved out straight away, we made no provisions about the house at the time as I had recently had a brain heommerage and wasnt in a good place. I live with my adult son and I suffer from I'll health so want to ensure that my half of the property is left to my son if I die.* Im going to leave a notice of severance at his last known property but I know 100% he will not sign it as we haven't really spoken in the 15 years.
My question is, do the land registry send him confirmation that the tenancy has been severed, if so, how do they know where he lives now?
