Hi everyone. First post.
3-4 years ago I sold a leasehold flat with share of freehold. I had previously subscribed to a property website's email updates of sale prices in the area, and it recently occurred to me that I'd never seen my flat on those emails.
I've now checked the Land Registry's records online, and my name is still on the Title Register.
Presumably this was a failure of the buyer's solicitor to send a simple form. I'm thinking of getting in touch with them to let them know about this, but I wonder if there's any potential risk to me, and if I should contact my own solicitor? I'd obviously rather avoid any cost.
thanks
