now on like to find lawyer to help me take ceo of u housing company its key contracted company men whom caused me harm before , past year, i having my dtaat abused my rights as disbaled woman abused since i reported floor repair ie in wet room, only to find back july 2017 its all floor wood rott, all needs replacing,

1st was to date 9 men out photos assmements done, last vist on 4.9.2017 2.30pm mitie plc its area repairs for home group ltd , whom all work from home, works hours 8 am to 5 pm, not one work men offer my lawful reasonable disabltiy adjuments to meet me needs, dispite all letters my emails , detailing what thye are , to aid them, i was offered works to begin that week, ie from 12.30pm after im cared for and in my wheelchair, i have medical aid to use as a toilet in day, at end each day, i reqired work man to keep part of ply wood safetly on floor for my ferinds to entry after work men leave each day, to emtry into main wet room loo,

this now been refussed so, now email wording via company , its claim repairs company men, keep changing claims , unable to make offer what i need,

i left since then to date unbale to shower, now 10.01.2017. all my effeorts to get legal help, unless funding aproved not one lawyer i tried able to help me, plus all my proof of dwp income etc i sent , why still delays,

now gate post changed again,, i rented flat since 2009, so i have rights, i been infromed i required to move out now, where to help,,,,,,

my hoist medical disabiity use equitment i need full time,, not one housing management department emplyoee of ceo ever put in wrtting im lose my rights if moved out ,, even thier words temp base,, as now oh mitie men claim full rip out of wet room now, to offer full replacement, yet, its wintner comming, not one emplyeoe , care less , long post,

i messed about over my disbaltiy needs to offer repair to wet room frist was offered over 3 days due to my perosnal care illness too, now refussed this i rented since 2009 , im cant walk high care needs lawyer not able to help yet as need laa funding to place, i, alone with all this, i had another stroke cause of this , ended up in hosptail for 4 dats police etc had to breack in to save , ,me, now what, sorry for my spelling it the ceo too blocking his duty of care, home group ltd its contract miti plc, work men refuse to work from 12,30pm to 5 over time line i frist offered 4.9.2017 all now changed,,,

no use of shower since july , so camping out in flat

So, just to recap:

You have a disability and have a faulty wetroom, you were offered this as a repair over 3 days due to your illness but this is now not an option.

You have rented this property since 2009?

Your disability affects your ability to walk, and you live alone.

You have no working shower, and have had no working shower since July

Since this fault, you have had another stroke but the CEO of the care home/housing ass. has refused to help. Company name: Home Group Ltd.

Has this since changed to Miti PLC or are they the contractors due to take the work?

The workmen are refusing to work 12.30 to 5pm which is the times you were given?

Original fix date was 4/9/2017?

You can't afford a solicitor.

I believe Mitie are the contractors (many councils/HA's use them ~https://www.mitie.com/services/housi...ty-management/)

Hi firstly,

Implied terms on repairs in your tenancy agreement

An implied term is a term that can be read into a tenancy agreement even though it hasn't been stated.
The law, that is, section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, implies a term into your tenancy agreement. It's the most important of your landlord's obligations to carry out basic repairs. The implied term applies whether your tenancy agreement is in writing or has been agreed orally.
What does section 11 cover?

Generally, it means that your landlord is responsible for keeping in repair:

• the structure and exterior of your home, for example, the walls, roof, foundations, drains, guttering and external pipes, windows and external doors
• basins, sinks, baths, toilets and their pipework
• water and gas pipes, electrical wiring, water tanks, boilers, radiators, gas fires, fitted electric fires or fitted heaters.

These repair responsibilities can't be cancelled out by anything your tenancy agreement says. Also, your landlord isn't allowed to pass on the cost of any repair work to you which is their responsibility.

Can't understand the issue with the contractors as they really should be able to accommodate your time scales around the care you receive to do the job.

hi i back, im ended up in hopstail on 27.9,2017 heart, and stroke over the effects of this i was in 4 days nights, i was on live stream as talking to fmaily memeber of all this when i this happend she lives south uk called 999 , police and nhs local staff had to break in my flat door, to save my life, its all got very bad now.

since i tried emails letters up hold my rights more my health wrose,

i used over 5 ths now without use of shower my medical use of aids , bed baths and since my last post, i found out one man david , he central area home group ltd whom blocked all repairs not only wet room , hall way wall i reported before wet room, now left flat door not repaired no safe lock, only top yale lock works , the male refused to respond to my email, to seek copy of his claims i required to move out so work men mite work from 8 am , yet knowing i have care medical disablity needs,

all my medical care , disbality aids i have provided just enough to aid the head office lisa she works in csc, the complaints office she only an advicer, not lawyer not head of housing manamement,

its now a cat and mouse game emails to and from, me to them them to me, on top stephen buiiled me his words threats if i not agree to meet him david futher 9 men , since july 2017, all offer refers shall not take place, this letter came on my burthday,

i even found out he goods ferinds of david, an local housing team, well all work from home, use on line log in , and travel were ever thier work load takes them, same with work men for mitie, the repairs side of company contracted by home housing, part of hhome group ltd, uk

one last email 2.11.2017 claims lisa b, wanted to talk to me, yet never would before, on 3.11.2017 i called number found out after 5 mths, whom she ment by local team,, its a peterbrough arae office, thats closed ,

as i got ill in april 2017 dental infection, i not consented to care act 2014 in ti a safe guarding section, worth a read , as i alone, trying to cal gp, cant speak, tried tex my sisiter in wlaes my son in london to talk call dr for me my ferinds not due of work to come back to care for next few hours,

so i left of dr i trying to talk with, i could not get my words out, he called 999 then, this lead to majoir abuse my right to privte life human rights abuse, my three local nhs staff,

i could not talk only use one arm to hand sign, to get them to leave after they check me over, as next thing two female looking around in my kickten, food paper work on my table, saying things of my personal home, making up words on thir sheet, i trying to ring for help my fmaily still cant get hold of them, i was left , with one femlae saying i have to call your dr, i waved my arm to say no, consent, she took no notice, the dr was not my gp i did not know whom he was, still later, one in june 2017.

before emas nhs staff left, on said oh we have to refer you to safe gruading, ie county council i never gave consent, of this, leading on to how the housing emplyess where used to give my infromatoion to key soical serivce worng department i found out laterr, whom wrote up report of me my home, made up comments with out proof, which to, making refeenance to my condation my flat,
words still upset me to day.

all this lead to some how jugdement of me, on by key housing men woman, working with soical serivces , county council to watch me, more ways i ever thought was allowed, my ferinds really flet to they were being watched , cctv back door, still,

i add the above in cause i belive thisis linked some how, to push me out into care system ,

my son his wife my grand daughter came soon thye could in june we saw the report , words claimed in it my son his wife i knew was made up to look read worse , even medical illness added i do not have or seen any one for, i seen trying to get all report words removed of records

ncc/ local council health soical care, they refusal , even i treid via acess to my data i paid twice for i, blocked to, still as council data controller claims other peoeple data needs protecting,,,, its only my subject acess data i require,
to correct un truths, i complaint to Information commmsioer office, still thye will not up hold my unlawful block to my data,

i email back i not consented and refer lisa back to one email where i correct her, and i already gave enough infomation to aid her work men housing emplyesoes to do repair whats a rottoen floor boards black smells .

i got all emails files to proof al this, i asked to provid proof as this come from one man david,, so far nothing,, i asked for comfrormation my rights of tendre remains if i agree to move somewhere with care support perosnal care, medical aids and with safe housing, i had no letter as, lisa not head of housing managmeent either,

this causing alarm bells, more stress, i even called same soical serivces ie, called signle point of acess number , male whom took the call said oh we cant help on housing,, yet i made clear not only this,
then he calimed he spoke to care manager i get a letter to seek if any support, since 3.10.2017. i had no offer no letter,

only more email by lisa claimed hotel booked my area, one weeks notice, no level acess shower, cant talk large medical equitmement, not safe nor suitable room for my needs,

then i found one with care with medical support aids yet costs more out my area, my last offer, this even been blocked,

now what,,, cold winter now so, i tried to fund lawyer , whom claimed now after all cant help to help me claim against home group and for harm to my health, legal aid agency funding , all this ment to be sought for me, the law company claimed needed more proof my data i sent ie dwp income etc, all up to date, due to delays by dwp some how, they pulled out , im left to cope alone, so sorry for long post , i, now so long post i ever made,,,
