Hiya scoobydoo,

I have an update for you!! Hehe

Capstone have written and agreed that the complaint is in our favour and they are very sorry for the distress they caused us. The have removed all solicitors costs from our account to the tune of £542 and also credited our account with £107 as it turns out we have overpaid, they have stated we can have this returned to us or use this to pay off what is due. They have also upped the inconvience caused from £75 to £250. They have also updated our credit histories with the correct information and also included notes to be added in our favour.

We feel that this should be accepted even though we have lost so much more due loss of earnings and all the hassel we have had to go through in order for them see sense and feel that £250 is paltry, but considering their argument would be you owe us money and you defaulted had you not defaulted this would not have happened words to that effect if you see where I`m going.

Also noted is considering the court papers filed showed we owed them nearly £15k and it is now £13.2k I reckon we have won more than we intended and also got the case dismissed..
