Just giving this a bump for you.
Just as a matter of interest….how did you find out that the property had indeed flooded? I know your main concern is that the house will flood but have you had problems insuring the house against flood damage?
I really do not know much about this and hopefully one of the clever beagles will advise but it seems odd that even if the wrong number was on the flood report nothing was flagged up.
