landlord gained access before applying for notice

Hi I posted earlier last month about my situation with my landlord. I need a little help I moved my daughter out and have still got things in the house her eviction was given . We have been using the back entrance as the front door doesn't lock from outside and my daughter has gone over this evening and there has been something heavy put behind the gate to stop her gaining access . Can he do anything like this before his section 21 is over. We still have until the 29th October before he is to apply to the court.
