Colleys negligent valuation

I am looking for anyone who has any kind of dispute with a valuation from Colleys , part of Lloyds banking Group.

I habe are had a negligent valuation and am looking for anyone else that has had a problem.

Also so anyone where the valuer has been put on 'gardening leave'

Hi I know your thread is nearly two years old but I have just joined the site. We are having problems with the Halifax/colleys regarding a valuation. We paid a product fee which included a valuation and surveyor report and have just found out that they did a drive by valuation/survey and they have missed mundic in our property which renders it unmortgageable. how did you resolve your problem. I have posted a thread which is Halifax/colleys and gives a much more detailed outline of our problems.
