  • Caution registered on a property

Advice needed please! We are trying to sell our late brother's house but are prevented from doing so by his ex-wife who registered a caution on the house after they got divorced. After the house is sold and all his other debts are paid, there won't be enough money left to pay what she is asking. We can't afford to carry on paying the mortgage, if the house is repossessed would she be entitled to pursue us for her 'debt'? Thank you.
