                  Re: LPA receiver help needed

Dilly, Im no expert, but I still cant find any specific clause entitling the lender to appoint receivers, so I would take a copy of your secured loan agreement to a solicitor and ask them for their opinion.

                        Re: LPA receiver help needed

I can confirm that waterfold and Blemain are the same. they will try and deny it but they are the same people Waterfold used to be called sterling and operated out of the same premises as Blemain, and use Blemains in house solicitors Cantor Law. they are the ones that would have rubber stamped the paperwork to comence the LPA. With out carrying out any checks. The way to reverse the intimidation tactics used by LPA receivers is to tell the person dealing with the actions you will hold them and them alone personally responsable for their actions and you will seek compensation from them for all your losses and costs. Ask them for a list of directors or do a directors check its Blemain and people conected with blemain (its a family business and linked family members are running the show heading each department)
"Oh Blemain, Blemain hang your head in shame" Your Dirty tack-ticks dont fool any one any more
good luck to any one and every one prepared to take them on
