    You said you purchased the house 7 years ago, with an interest only mortgage. - Correct
    You must look at the equity you have in the property. Probably +9K plus 6k deposit of MY own money
    Regard will be taken of the position when you started co habiting ie did you already own the property or did you buy it afterwards a family home? Bought afterwards to live in as family
    Did your ex assist with the deposit? NO
    If it was bought as a family house why was your (now ex) partner not included on Land Registry ? Was there a legal reason? NO Legal Reasons - Just wanted to protect myself as I would be paying all bills as she did/does not work

    She paid for food/furniture but this was with her child benefit / DLA money etc and party my wages.
    She paid for Heating Oil
    She Paid for TV Licence

    She contributed to Zero other bils as in Water / Elec / Phone / Broadband / Council Tax / Mortgage / Sewer Charges etc

      Well, put the house on the market and sell it.
      Just wait and see if your ex tries to lodge a claim.
