Apologies I hope somebody can help....I can't find any support
there has been a boundary dispute with a neighbour..finally settled in mediation.
however the other party are in breach of the consent order
fully understand that this is a civil matter and I have to collect evidence of the breach
this has been a nightmare I live alone
there are three neighbours the owner the gfriend and the lodger.
they are banging on my window at 2am drunk my bedroom is at the front of the building and faces the road...on Friday there were 7 of them..
standing in front of my window doing jazz hands and then pushing themselves against the window
they breach the Order by parking cars blocking my entrance
(police advise I have to take them back to court..this is at my expense)
the bullying ..is timed by them which makes it more difficult fir the police to,process harrassment...
the police have attended 5x since 2012
i am being assessed by the police this week...due to vulnerability and bullying
as this is not recorded they advise I have CCTV installed....which I cannot afford
The owner goes away and then the other residents kick off...I think then he can say it's not him.
the police have a little chat and he denies it..
i seem so lost and don't know what I can do....
can i send copies of the police reports to his mortgage lenders would that help?
he is also an optician and under his terms fitness to practice he should conduct his personal life he writes in social networks that his patients are mutants
i feel as thou I have become a curtain twitcher and keep being attacked and went to attack back
I have tried to ignore in the hope they will get over their childish behaviour
i have these awful thoughts that I want to call their bossss and tell the their employees are bullying an old lady....
I have put a miror in my bedroom to bounce of the headlights ...three sets of curtains...two blinds and curtains...that doesn't stop people banging on the window
in the last month they have two breaches of the lease and one for for nuisance

the police I feel are giving me lip service
its difficult as this is hearsay
this is making me so I'll...I have lost weight...
    any advice

    Re: Police Local Council Courts

Have you been to your local Council? Or your MP?
I'd suggest you keep a 'diary' of all the harassment and also voice recordings/video (using a mobile phone maybe?) as evidence if you need it. Your MP (with the help of your records) might be able to push both the council and police into doing something

      Hello,
What an awful experience for you!

Do you keep a diary of these events? It would be useful evidence if this goes back to court.

What were the terms of the consent order please, was between you and on name person e.g. the landlord?
What is the "penalty" for breaching the order?

Consent order is a area of land seperates that neither party can cross he does what he likes...the landlord is both of us split 50/50 freehold
i have a diary of events and copies of police reports...photos..
mp don't think he can't help...I have been invited to join the neighbourhood watch group by the police!

Neighbourhood Watch is a good idea, often have facilities that can help CCTV, lighting etc.
Do you believe the LL is "encouraging " others to harass you?

you need recordings!! Can you use a mobile phone to either video or voice record what is happening??
With evidence, something will have to be done

                Re: Police Local Council Courts

Very hard to see what you can do about these Morons we had same on a much lesser scale with our last neighbours HA would do nothing Police would not respond unless there was violence .
Biggest problem you face is them escalating their abuse if you act in return as we see and read about Neighbour problems there is no easy way to stop it.

                  Re: Police Local Council Courts

I agree with comments..I am being assessed by the police tomorrow ...they said they will see if they can get the council involved...
the police will ask me questions to see if they can put me on a register.
i have enough documents photos police reports to send to his mortgage lender...do not they have any power that he is in breach of his lease..
sending the paperwork to them..speaks for istelf
but would I then become like them?
i just want to stop them

The owner is trying to emigrate to Canada he has taken exams ..if he passes IF!
if I put CCTV and signs up in the windiws...this could cause me more issues..
also he has to declare DISPUTE...it's a nightmare

As long as CCTV only covers your property and the disputed strip and does not cover his property the it's ok.

The police say the same and have showed me where it should go...
however this is at a cost to me...like I say he's clever he does time it...as there has to be a time limit between acts..
if I put signs up in the window cheaper option...
                          write to his mortgage company
                          police write to him
i would hope that he would behave
but that's HOPE.... I don't want another long case

Today I have been interviewed and assessed by the police they have decided to put me on the vulnerable adult list!
They are going to see if they can get the council involved also.
they will inform the nasty neighbour that they have advised I install CCTV
he will receive a formal warning about harrassment
Frehholder is sending a letter to his mortgage company as he is in breach of his lease
i am hoping they will now leave me alone??
