      Thank you so much for your kind comment. Things have improved no end here and the house will be going on the market shortly. I have had to give up work as I had a bad fall and broke my hip but I have an excellent solicitor. I'm just a little confused with the financial options available to me although I think I'll have to wait until the house is sold before making any decisions. I am going to go for everything I can get!
