When my property was repossessed, when the time came to arrange access to collect my possessions I asked for two days as I knew I would. Need this, this was refused, I was told I could only have one day and if I couldn't get everything out it was "tough"! I was charged £400 for that one day. I was told by my lenders that if I been allowed another day they would have charged me upfront! it seems to me they have you exactly where they want you because they must know that you couldn't possibly afford to pay for another day when you have just lost your home. Anybody got any thoughts on this?
