I have almost signed up to a property selling company - flying homes which is also part of slk ventures - on the contract they have asked for a an1 form? Wondering why?

Re: Property company requesting an1 form
Haven't got a clue why they would want you to sign AN1 form, which is an agreed notice to secure a charging order.
Without being rude or nosey, what investigations did you carry out about SLK Ventures/Flying Homes?
Suggest a quick read of this:http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=4238925

Unless you are desperate I would be very cautious before agreeing to sell to this sort of company

Hi thanks for your reply. I did see that link and I have researched very well. I have covered all aspects of the companies down to the directors of the company and other associated partners. I am not 100% satisfied so will have a conveyancer look over it - it was just a surprise to see the land registry form on the contract
