  • Predatory Lender miscalculates interest on my mortgage statement for the last 5 years

Having just received my latest mortgage statement I noticed a discrepancy in their calculations on two of the last 12 months.

Looking back at all my previous statements the same thing has happened.

If if my calculations are correct it has cost me around £500 since 2008.

Im not sure what I should do about it.

This was a second charge from what I now know to be a predatory lender and has caused the destruction of our family and many many sleepless nights over the last 7 years so I would love to get some payback if I could report them or get them fined or something.

I would also like to bring it to the attention of the many other people I know of that have been so badly affected by their actions but I didn't want to do that before I know all the facts.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thanks for your time
