  • Eviction Order

    Hi everyone.

    First time poster here.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have received an Eviction Order through the post and i have to be out by next Friday, however, i understand that i should have first received a Particulars of Claim form (N5B) but i have not received one.

I am not in any rent arrears nor have i been given any reason why i have to leave my home.

Is there anything i can do or will i simply have to leave?

    with thanks

    Mick

Sounds like the landlord might have gone for accelerated possession as a Section 21 Notice is without blame so no need for rent arrears. But you should have had paperwork letting you know this was happening?
