    HI

    does anyone know who is CEO of TMB, the mortgage business?

    I know they are part of Halifax and Lloyds banking group but my written complaints have been totally ignored by the customer services at tmb so I need to go higher.

    The CEO of Lloyds Banking Group (and TMB aswell I presume) is a Mr António Horta-Osório
