  • Neighbour giving up his right of way

    Hello

Our neigbour has agreed to give up his right of way to walk through our garden to the back of his house if he should sell, move or die. This is an amicable agreement and no money is exchanging hands although we are paying any legal fees. Can anyone tell me the procedure to make the agreement legal and binding.

    Many thanks.

You will need a deed of Extinguishment or Release.
