  • mortgage transfers

Hi - I entered into a GMAC-RFC mortgage some years ago but it has been 'traded', sold on three times since, the first time being within 12 weeks, and each time the capital owed grew bigger. The sums added (and disputed by me) were charges for various things, late payment, insurance lapse fees, sundries etc., and the latest transfer has been done within one corporation. I telephoned the FCA and they had no record of the mortgage buying company, and said that even as a subsidiary, this company still requires registration with them. Now the new owner says they do not need to be registered separately as they are part of Crown Mortgage Management Group.
Apart from this I have an existing complaint with the FOS on a previous owner/servicer yet to be decided, and I have said that this is all about my contract, the same mortgage contract from the start, I didn't ask any of them to trade it in or whatever it is they keep doing, but I am getting stung each time. I previously had a suspended repo order and soon after the owner capitalised the arrears so I thought that was settled. Now, 3 years later the new owner says they are going to use that order to evict me. They have just written and said they have applied to the court to have their name transferred into that old order and will then evict me with it. I am confused. Can anyone advise me if they can do this and if so can I put my case to the court if I can find out where they are applying? thanks.
