Prior to this they tried to hold the funds for a personal loan in my ex partners name! I feel at times that I have been completely up against it.

Can you give me a little more info about this as it sounds fishy to me, possibly even mortgage fraud.

I won't go into too much detail but my ex partner did try and screw me for a personal loan in her name!
