some more bits may be able to help you give me some more advice with all charges and the interest they have added I haven't paid any of the mortgage off
I would have thought I would have paid some off or gone below the £150000 I orginally borrowed.

I'm struggling to follow those documents so can you explain a bit more. One letter refers to a Suspended Possession Order. Is this still the case or were you subsequently evicted from your home? If it's a suspended possession order the lender hasn't taken possession and can't take possession unless or until you default on the SPO. If that is the case then interest and charges will still be added to the loan.

I can see your mortgage was on an 'interest only' basis so the amount you borrowed (the capital) will never decrease until you either pay it off or the property is sold to pay it off.
