Re: Neighbour reporting our every move to the council

IMHO the racism angle is a very difficult path to go down , easier to get people to believe if you are a non white British person and /or have non christian beliefs roots.
How do you know that mediation is not an option, has it been tried. Sometimes it is easy to think people have certain beliefs/standpoints that are not true or to think that people are open and accepting when they are not-trust me on this.
If you feel you do need legal advice, that will of course cost you but a bit of advice is very different to going full steam ahead into legal action

Doesn't matter if you're Skybluepink with polka dots and dreadlocks and come from the Planet Zog,,harrassment is harrassment.......time to shove a broom up the councils arse and tell him/her to start sweeping the mess they are making.
Of course,,theres nothing stopping you putting a camera up outside your property (solely aimed at YOUR property tho,,wouldn't want neighbour thinking you were filming him)ray:
I'd put dummy ones up at every point he can film you from

How do you know that? Has anyone asked them? Would you agree to mediation if they agreed to mediation?

Perhaps they thought they were being offered medication?

              Or even meditation.

Seriously, if they are refusing mediation and it were ever to go to court, I can't see them getting a very sympathetic hearing from a judge.
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

                  Hi.

                  Thanks for all the advice.

It's not that they have been offered the opportunity of mediation and they have refused. They have been given the opportunity to sit down on neutral territory, to discuss issues and to put this all to rest, ie us trespassing etc, to which they responded saying they had done nothing wrong and we just needed to leave them alone. Now, with that in mind do you really think offering mediation to these kind of people is going to result in anything other than, 'what problem?'

I'm too stressed with other problems ongoing so think it best to leave them to it and ignore them.

It's good to talk. So why did you reject your neighbour's offer to "sit down on neutral territory to discuss issues" Or are you saying this is all one-sided :confused2:

I can confirm that babies are expensive. I have a 28 year old who has yet to become either financially or emotionally independent
