Recently-I challenged the charges applied to my Commercial mortgage account from Lancashire Mortgages-by asking for a breakdown of all work done with charges applied to my account over £40.00 amazingly it turns out that Lancashire Mortgages have admitted that 'they incorrectly applied charges to my account in excess of £10,000 yes TEN THOUSAND POUNDS So I strongly suggest that everyone does the same thing if you believe that you have been overcharged-They do seem to be panicking a bit at the moment.

Hi there, I also have a commercial loan with Blemain/HarpManor with similar beef re: excessive charges. Am thinking of challenging them. Can I ask how you phrased your challenge in your letter to them? Would be really useful to know what works!
