The first piece of case law refers to an issue that is widely quoted by our FOTL friends and is completely misleading and dangerous . It needs to be deleted as soon as possible.
How can this be misleading and dangerous?

I have personally plastered my rented house on all entries to my rented house due to my landlords many bailiffs.

I unexpectedly found a TV license man at my door a little while ago, conversation went like this :

Him: I was just reading this Notice and I didn't know whether to knock. Should I have?

Me: Depends on who you are

    Him: I'm from TV Licensing

    Me: Shakes head

    Him: Should I go then?

    Me: Nods

    Him: Okay then

I was astounded when he shot off like he had a rocket up his a***

Since then I have had a letter telling me TVL will not contact me for a further two years.

How do you consider this to be dangerous? It has certainly kept the "bay leafs" from my door.

Maybe you need to have a re-think about what the FMOL (Free Man On The Land) are saying IMHO

Talking of desperate people this thread was started by a poster facing eviction from her home by bailiffs in a few days who has been doing her research. Can you offer her any up-to-date case law on her legal rights when the bailiffs come to throw her and her children out on the street on May 18th ? Here's a link to her thread:

Here we go again, this is why it needs deleting, it is dangerous because it says that this applies to bailiffs, it most certainly does not.

FMOL theories have been done to death on here and are acknowledged as pure bunk.

They will not listen mindful, its their advise that counts and we all know where that leads to, straight to legislation and into the hands of the bailiff, do not use form 4 decide on suing for trespass first, form 4 must be one hell a nightmare and bailiffs could lose their jobs, no wonder tomtubby wants to bypass form 4, its quite obvious that these members are with the bailiff.

REMOVAL OF IMPLIED RIGHT OF ACCESS WITH A CHARGE ATTACHED. GET IT DONE PEOPLE AND STOP THE RATS IN THEIR TRACKS.

MILO HOW DO YOU SUE A BAILIFF FOR TRESPASS? YOU HAVE REFUSED TO ANSWER BECAUSE YOUR CAUGHT RED HANDED.

Re: Law Excerpts Relevant to Bailiffs and Evictions

If an eviction order has been granted to the bank/building society, and if any application to the court to stay any eviction has not been upheld

Nothing will stop the eviction, the bailiffs will enter and change the locks

You can post a hundred of those notices all over the house

It will not make one iota of difference

People mistake these notices as gospel, the law is gospel, and this issue has been through the judicial process

HAVE YOU CONTACTED THE LOCAL AUTHORITY HOUSING DEPARTMENT

God i hate this free man canker

Yes I have friends like that, they witness all sorts of things that cannot be verified ,(because it never happened).
See the resent thread on the subject, bailiffs routinely ignore these notices, they have no standing in law.

I know of an eviction in Port Talbot where the eviction wasn't done "peacefully" the locksmith is now accountable for his own actions.

People can no longer hide behind their "company" and have to be and can be held accountable.

The reason i am locked up under legislation and the rules is because i am a student of the law. That is from 1066 to present day

I love the complexity of the law, and to see people twist it for their own misguided aims is abhorrent
