  • Changing jobs during mortgage application

    Hi,

My mortgage application has been approved in principle, and I am just working through all the forms etc. However, I am also going to interviews regarding a job change. This is all for similar jobs, on at least as much money.

I was not worried about this before, but have learnt that my mortgage application could fall through if I change jobs.

If someone makes me an offer for a job, what should I do?

    Thanks in advance!

Providing the job is the same amount of income then you can inform the bank once you have a contract of employment.
