Time limit for a legal charge to be registered?

Hi,

Basically I am trying to establish if there is a time limit within which a loan company is required to formally register a legal charge document with the land registry ( secured loan, 2nd charge.)

If anyone camels I would be most grateful.

See my post on your other thread. Sorry it's not what you were hoping for, but I believe the legal position is correctly stated.
