I basically submitted my payment proposal to the Judge that the Mortgage company first knocked back and used CMG vs Norgan case law 1996 in relation to arrears to be paid over the remaining term of the mortgage hun

All of which could have and should have been done by the mortgage company to save time and stress!! xx
