Well done Jumbo and family, no doubt a traumatic process, but as you say you are getting through it and are actually liking your new home better than your last. I and others on here will be really pleased and yes please stick around cause you now officially wear a T Shirt for this situation and could be of great help to others who get in same position.

      Hi Jumbo,

Lovely to hear you and your family are loving your new home. It's funny, they say that something good comes out of something bad. All best wishes.

We went through a repossession and all the trauma that goes with it luckily we were rehoused in social housing and now after 3 years and 2 moves we are settled in the home counties in a lovely house in a good area although i would not wish anyone to go through what we did you are nearly always on a loser mortgage companies dont give a toss about you they know in the end they will win with few exceptions. Now we are lookking to the future we are growing older with 3 grandchildren who with our sons are our livesthe past has gone good times and the bad but now the fiuture is all that matters as long as we can stay as healthy as poss with all our ailments we WILL be happier to all those who have gone through repossesion chin up dont let the B------s get u down

Hope you are settling down Jumbo and having an easier life and your kids are OK.

If you get any kind of conviction or judgement against your former associate, you can then apply for a Third Party debt (Garnishee) order against the pension funds. The first may be harder to do than the second. BlueBottle may well be able to advise you about any possible criminal proceedings re fraud.
