I don't believe you could (not 100% sure), though I believe you could still apply for a set aside even after eviction.

Just popped in to wish you Good Luck xx :beagle:
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Headed off to bed as feeling totally drained. I am avaiable by phone at anytime regardless of heading to bed. Tomorrow's application is too important to let sleep have priority but just can't keep my eye open right now.

Ok, this is a result even if in a very modest way. The Court is prepared to hear your application, they cannot evict you whilst this is going on, which probably means you will at least in practice get the weekend to progress your plans and arrangements if you don't get anywhere tomorrow in court.

Make sure that the bailiffs and the other side know there are further proceedings pending in this matter. Leave confirmation of this at home so that anyone who is there can prove this to any bailiffs who may turn up !
