Colleys Surveyors Negligent Over Valuation

2010 Colleys performed a negligent survey of a property pre-purchase. We soon discovered was riddled with dry rot. They would not accept liability and after demolishing it, losing around £1.5m more than I paid for it. Failed legal attempts I was left with £60k . Had to rent since 2015 - yes took 5 years to sell property and rebult it. 8 months homeless as my pandemic treat - living in a 100 sq ft office. Why is it that you can return a faulty toaster but the legal system entirely fails you with such an important purchase. Shame on you Colleys.
