Help. Advice Needed Urgent

:tinysmile_cry_t: Hi to everybody. Can anybody give me any advice. Because of suffering two strokes i am unable to work, i took a re mortgage with central capital broker, who gave me a mortgage with G. E. Money...I have tried to claim PPI back from central capital, and mis selling of the mortgage, they have made every excuse they can to get out of it. In sept 2010 i was assaulted in my home, in front of my 9 year old daughter. Because of the affect it had on us both we had to move from my own property and rent another house. I have only been able to make the minimal mortgage re payments and now owe 19,000. Most of that is charges.. GE money took me to court on tues to take my home and the judge allowed it to go through on the 16th june. I am heartbroke and dont know what to do. Its my home and hopfully wanted to return there at some point.. Central trust do not want to pay the mortgage, although they did pay 5,000 in the beginning, now they say that was a goodwill payment, I told them i was going to complain about the miss selling of the whole thing, they tell me everything was right... I dont want to loose my home but time is running out...I do not know what i can do...Any help would be great....Thanks...

Have you been to CAB? Also worth your while looking at reputable mortgage rescue schemes - CAB will have a list of these.

What were the circumstances of the assault and could you claim any money from the criminal injuries compensation scheme?

My main worry at the moment is trying to keep my house..I dont know about criminal claims. Thank you for that. How do i find out about it. Its so nice to get a reply, makes you feel like you are not on your own...The assault happened because of my husband having an affair with a friend, i found out, 3 of her daughters came round to my home and assaulted me, i was in hospital for five days...No witnesses..No charges....Does anybody know if its possible to save my home from been taken off me, its getting close now....

Can you clarify some points

GE money took me to court on tues to take my home and the judge allowed it to go through on the 16th june.

You have already had a possession hearing? What exactly did the Judge allow to go through and what is scheduled to happen on the 16th?

Can you afford your present monthly instalments? can you afford a small additional amount off the arrears?

You state you are unable to work, are you claiming Support for Mortgage interest (SMI) with your benefits?

You say you had PPI insurance, can you make a claim on the insurance to pay your mortgage instalments for you? Do bear in mind that if you do claim you will lose the right to claim miss selling, because you have benefited from the policy.

Has GE money been sending you regular arrears statements? if yes how much are they claiming is in arrears? do the statements show charges are being added to the arrears or mortgage balance?

You say capital trust paid you '£5000 in the beginning' can you expand on this?

Have you made contact with GE Money in relation to them helping you with anything like changing to interest only, extending the mortgage term, capitalising the arrears, deferred payments or interest?

Have you made any offers to GE which have been refused?
