I was wondering if someone could help me out with a link to some information.
I'm in the process of claiming back a redemption penalty from Derbyshire home loans. I'm using the extract from the OFT's Unfair Contract Terms Guidance Report. Which outlines a Disguised penalty.
I've been informed that there have been a number of independent survey done outlining the early redemption period of mortgages. It shows that a number, if not majority, of mortgages are redeemed within the first x years.
I have surfed and surfed but cannot seem to find owt.
If anyone have come across any of these surveys, I would be soooooo happy if you could post a link.
